To maintain the integrity of our scheduling and respect our specialists' time, Janlor requires a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Requests made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a service retention fee.

This includes HEPA-filter vacuums, microfiber containment systems, and specialized extraction tools.
